Earlier this month, the I-CAR Education Foundation released an updated version of the Smart Jobs Smart People recruiting DVD designed to explain the satisfying and rewarding career opportunities in the collision industry.  This video is now available on the collisioncareers.org web site.  To access the video, go to www.collisioncareers.org and click on “downloads” at the top of the screen, then “movies.”  This video is an excellent recruiting tool as it contains footage that adds excitement to catch the attention of students while still portraying the collision repair and refinish process as a career opportunity.
