Painting and Refinishing Supplement (EDS02) Now Available!

What information does the Painting
and Refinishing Supplement cover?
The I-CAR® Education Foundation Painting and Refinishing Supplement (EDS02) for Career and Technical Schools and Colleges provides additional instructional material covering common painting and
refinishing techniques. The material for this program will replace REF01 and REF02, and pieces of REF03.

How much does the Painting and Refinishing Supplement cost?
This is a three-disc program, which retails at $200. However, if you have previously purchased REF01 and REF02, you will automatically receive a 50% discount on the instructor version. Hence, the instructor disc would cost $100 and each student disc would cost $10.

Why was the Painting and Refinishing Supplement created?
Developed by the I-CAR Education Foundation with the help of school instructors, the program
provides additional instructional material geared toward pre-employment training. This is the second
supplement developed by the I-CAR Education Foundation specifically for career and technical schools and colleges. The Painting and Refinishing Supplement includes a comprehensive update of Refinishing Equipment and VOC Regulations (REF01), Surface Preparation and Masking (REF02), along with additional refinishing information requested by school instructors.

Is this a good program for my beginner students who have never had any previous collision repair training?
This is a great program to introduce your students to the collision repair industry, specifically for the
painting and refinishing area.
