Description
Interacts with customer throughout the glass repair or replacement process to sell the work and make sure it is done to the customer’s satisfaction. Communicates with customers, glass technicians, and management in person or by phone. Creates invoices, works with insurance procedures as needed, and helps collect accounts receivables.

Must enjoy working with people, numbers, and computers. Must have good communication and phone skills. Requires working in an office environment, close attention to detail, and patience. Must be a team player and work well with people, both customers and employees.

Pre-Employment Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required with advanced education recommended. Prior office or customer relations work is preferred. Good reading, math, and problem solving skills are essential. Should have a working knowledge of basic computer functions and common programs.
