Description
Responsible for increasing base of customers and sales volume. Contacts new and existing corporate customers and maintains positive relations. May negotiate contracts with larger corporate customers, including insurance companies, collision repair businesses, and towing companies.

Must enjoy working with people and in a sales environment. Must be outgoing, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail. Must be creative and work well with people, both customers and employees. Must be a self-starter to find new business opportunities.

Pre-Employment Education and Experience
A college degree is preferred with advanced education recommended. Prior sales experience is expected and an automotive business background is a plus.
Earnings
Depending on location and size of business, earnings may start between $60,000 and $70,000 and increase with a successful operation. Benefits may include insurance, pension plans, and holidays.
Career Path
This position can come from outside sales experience, but prior rental car business would be given preference. This position can lead to additional location responsibilities, higher management levels, or business ownership.
